Frogtown Cottage on viehättävä ja mukava mökki, joka sijaitsee historiallisessa keskustassa Savannahissa. Tämä on loistava loma-asunto perheille ja pariskunnille, jotka haluavat tutustua Savannahiin ja nauttia silti kaikista kodin mukavuuksista. Upouusi vuodelle 2019, vieraat nauttivat aivan uudesta uima-altaasta ja patiolla! Allas on 13 jalkaa x 24 jalkaa ja vaihtelee 3: sta 6: een. 5 jalkaa syvä ja tarjoaa myös valinnaisen uima-altaan lämmön.

Frogtown Cottage sijaitsee lähellä Georgian osavaltion rautatiemuseota, Savannahin historiamuseota, Savannahin lastenmuseota, Battlefield Memorial Park -puistoa, Savannahin vierailijakeskusta ja SCAD-taidemuseota. Tämä koti on myös erinomainen vaihtoehto perheille, jotka vierailevat SCAD: ssa (Savannah University of Art and Design), koska se on hyvin lähellä Barnard Village, Rajahuone, Turner House, Eichberg Hall ja The Hive / Dyson House. Kodin sisustus tarjoaa olohuoneen, jossa on kaasutakka ja taulu-tv. Olohuoneen oikealla puolella on queen-makuuhuone, joka kiinnittyy kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Tämä kylpy avautuu myös syömiskeittiöön. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kuten astianpesukone ja pinottava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Oleskelutilan vasemmalla puolella on 2 ylimääräistä vierashuonetta ja lisäksi täysi Jack n Jill-kylpyamme, jossa on suihkukaappi. Makuuhuoneissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja toisessa parisänky. Molemmissa näissä huoneissa on taulutelevisio. Kahden hengen huone avautuu takakuistilla. Löydät myös pääsyn takakuistilla ja täysin aidatulla pihalla, jossa on oma uima-allas keittiöstä. Takakannessa on hiiligrilli ja pöytäistuimet 7: lle.

Frogtown Cottage tarjoaa helpon pääsyn historialliseen Savannah-kaupunkiin. Vain 2. 5 korttelin päässä mökistä, joka sijaitsee Savannah-vierailijakeskuksen edessä, on pysäköinti DOT Express -kuljetusmaksulle. Kuljetuspalvelu tarjoaa 11 pysäkkiä koko historiallisella alueella ja kulkee 20 minuutin välein klo 11–21 7 päivää viikossa. Myös vastapäätä kadun vierailijakeskuksesta, Liberty ja MLK: n kulmassa sijaitsevaa Old Savannah Tours -kierrosta, joka tarjoaa On-Off-kierroksen historialliselle kaupunginosalle, suosittelemme.

Vieraat sijaitsevat myös vain lyhyen 20-25 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Tybeen saarelta, Savannahin rannalta. Tule päiväretkiin nauttimaan rannasta, kalastamaan, käymään Ft. Pulaski tai kiipeily Georgian vanhimpaan ja korkeimpaan majakkaan. Frogtown Cottage tarjoaa ulkosuihkun (vain kylmä), joka on täydellinen huuhteluun päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Everything you need in a great location

We had a small family gathering of 4 at the Frogtown Cottage. The space had everything we needed to enjoy some family time. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils and food preparation items. Lots of space inside and outside for our party of 4. The cottage is walking distance to everything you want to see in Savannah and more. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The small parking space in front of the cottage was perfect for our vehicle but would not accommodate an suv or truck.

Heated Pool is a LIE

The heated pool was the number 1 reason we rented this place. The pool water would not get warm. I asked several times before check-in if the pool would be heated when we arrived because my 13 year old wanted to jump in immediately. I was assured that it would be. It was not! Then I was told the heat was not turned on so 2 days in someone comes to turn on the heat....still freezing. Then I was told it can't heat more than 10 degrees above the outside temperature...this means it is NOT a heated pool!!! My son's spring break is always the 1st week in March and we always rent a place with a heated pool. This is the ONLY place we have ever had a problem!! The other thing not mentioned is the 4 homeless people sleeping with in 5 ft of the house. I went to college in Savannah so I understand the homeless situation. They were not a problem for us but the LIE about a HEATED POOL was absolutely unacceptable!!!!

Nice home at great location

Very nice home at a great location. We really enjoyed the privacy but still being in walking distance to the attractions. Number 1 host in pet friendliness as well! We stayed there with two small / middle sized furry friends and they loved the place too. The pool is a wonderful addition to have a great time!

Wonderful centrally located house!

The house is a super clean, well maintained home that is centrally located to whether you want to walk to downtown or take a quick car ride to the other islands/beach. We LOVED the pool and the way it’s built up it feels like a personal oasis in the middle of the city. There are no buildings or homes that look in on you in the backyard so it feels very private even though you are in downtown Savannah. The house also has an interesting history dating back to late 1800s and there is even a civil war bunker/barricade one block over. The property managers are easy to contact, very responsive and helped make our stay easy. We absolutely loved every minute!

Great little cottage

The house was the perfect size and the location was convenient. There is plenty of on street parking. When we arrived on Saturday he pool was filthy and no one came to clean it until Wednesday. We attempted to clean it our selves but the skimmer nets at the house are broken. There is a hotel across the street and their parking lot is right next to the master bedroom. They have the truck come and empty the dumpster at 6 AM and there is no way it won't wake you up. The second master bedroom doesn't have a TV, which I thought was odd because there is one in the room with the 2 twin beds. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

We were very happy with this rental. We had never been to Savannah before and was in a great spot to explore the historic district. It was also easy to have a day trip over to Tybee Island. The pool was a must for our northern cold blood. The pictures make it seem small, but it fit the 6 of us comfortably. Also a well stocked kitchen, and a beautifully renovated master bath.

Great house and location, lots of amenities

I own a 5 star VRBO property (1115498) and I know hard it is to maintain and keep your property clean, well equipped, serviced and with the proper amount of extra items to make guests feel welcome. Frogtown hits the mark. John and Tybee rentals do a great job keeping this property nice, comfortable and well appointed. Had some concern about the condition of the sofas and never received any resolution to our requests to fix the kitchen lights (main light in the kitchen wasn’t working when we arrived and it was dark at night if we tried to use the kitchen) but we made due and enjoyed are stay. Kitchen had Everything you could ever need for a rental and was well labeled and maintained. Very clean bedrooms and baths with lots of linens. Great location for Uber or walking anywhere in town. Pool was clean and nice, albeit a little chilly when we were there. I paid $70 to park in the vacant lot behind house but I’m sure you could park on the street for free, where allowed. This property is directly across the street from the beautiful and $$$ Residence Inn. This would be our first consideration for return visits, you’ll love it

Cute home in up and coming neighborhood

We had a great time in Savannah, and enjoyed our stay at Frogmore Cottage. It was clean inside, there was some trash around the pool. The house is in a cute neighborhood; fantastic coffee shop and Cuban restaurant very close. We also walked to a great wine shop and brought back a pizza from Mellow Mushroom. And the pool. You can’t do Savannah without a pool! We didn’t get to check in until 20-25 minutes after the specified time, so that was annoying because we were stuck outside in the heat. A few things didn’t work while we were there, and they could invest into some decent pillows for the beds, but the rental company was SO prompt to answer, we couldn’t believe how fast they were! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!

Very relaxing stay & dog friendly!!!

This cute house has a great location, comfortable beds & a beautiful pool. My family & I went with our two dogs- all stay was very relaxing & the dogs loved the freedom of the fenced in backyard. As for dining, this kitchen has all of the appliances/tools you need, but there is a delicious Cuban restaurant a block away. Many other restaurants are a 10 minute walk. My family and I are already deciding when to return- we loved it!!!!

Savannah weekend

There were three sets of siblings staying for a wedding in the family. We all had our own rooms, super comfortable. We were within walking distance or a short drive to everything we wanted to do. We wished we had more time to use all the amenities, including the pool. A few little bottles of shampoo could have been used but we made do! We’ll be back.

Best family stay in Savannah!

This property was wonderful! Exceptionally clean, private pool perfect for our family of 5, within walking distance of everywhere we went in Savannah, besides the Savannah Bananas baseball game! The guest book had great recommendations from the owners and a bit about this historic house and area that we really enjoyed reading. We were provided with all the staples we needed... we didn't have to run out for toilet paper or paper towels during our 5 day stay! Tybee Vacation Rentals managed the property and they contacted us prior to and during our stay to make sure all was well. This was an absolute gem of a place to stay!

Early fall

House is smaller than appears which still worked for my family. We paid 75 for pool heat 3 days. Arrived leaves on surface and bottom of pool and heat not ready. I emptied filter and removed surface leaves...it's fall. When I disturbed the leaves at bottom I found dirt was covering the entire ottom surface. So called rental agency and was told couldn't help due to system down.House is fine forget it has a pool. Corn hole sacks and board filthy too.

Not Family friendly - not as advertised, do not stay here, not worth the price.

Homeless people camping out next door, broken shower, off street parking means on the grass and getting blocked in, barbed wire fence surrounding backyard, pictures of property and house are very old and house does not show anything like listing, house and furniture are old and worn and not well maintained. Don’t stay here if you are traveling with you family. And if it just you and someone else, there are many other options. I have plenty of pictures of everything I stated.

Perfect location and very private

The location and privacy of this location make it a perfect spot. We left the car parked all week and walked everywhere. The heated pool option was fantastic! Great visit to Savannah.
