Very comfortable modern and well equipped room, daytime front desk very sweet. The biggest issues for me was the fact that I booked this hotel because it has breakfast included just to be told at 7am we dont have any breakfast today, sorry. The area for coffee shows signs of not being maintained for at least a day or two. Coffee old and cold, fruit browned and stains everywhere. I've been told that the kitchen stuff did not show for work at 5am and doesnt answer their phone. The sweet lady at the front desk had no support from the person that was suppose to release her at 7am, the manager wasnt in either or answered his phone to find a solution. People coming down for breakfast and been told sorry we dont have anything today. The fact that we booked it for that reason and nobody is able to even fill up a coffee is a bit disappointing. With me having to travel early all that was possible to get is a cheap gasstation sandwich for a ton of money.

The location of this property was great to where we needed to be. But when our air conditioner would run it blew out a musty smell. We didn’t complain b/c we were really only in our room to sleep & shower. The breakfast was pretty mid. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.

Herbie Little hotel. Check-in was easy parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Room was very updated and modern. Would highly recommend. This exit is a great exit to stay at. There’s lots of food and shopping readily close. Was only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah, very easy drive.
