Concierge-like Service
The service here set the absolute gold standard. Kimberly provided over the top service that is highly unusual in my experience. She was so hospitable and was able to say yes to a special request. She setup our ride to the airport the next morning and our stay was perfect. Rooms were good and as expected. Breakfast was comparable to similar hotels. Thank you for making my wife and I feel like we were important and making just another hotel stay stand out.

Nice for a travel stop
Just a stop over night while traveling. Room was clean and comfortable.. had a pretty good breakfast. Some things not too warm (but had a microwave to warm) Staff was very friendly Location was very convenient with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

Great new hotel! The only issue is finding the place. There is a fence that looks like it's blocking your entrance - but it doesn't. Breakfast was delicious - eggs could have been warmer - but there is a microwave right there to warm them up. Lots of restaurant choices to nearby.

The hotel was beautiful. The bathroom was not as clean as I would like, especially the shower. Breakfast option was good. My only other issue is that my card was double charged at checkout. I did not get a resolution until the day after

This property is not the most handicap friendly on outside. Only ramps are in handicap parking area. The front entrance and rear entrance isn’t handicap accessible from driveway/road.

The entrance looks like it was never finished. Kind of behind a bunch of stuff and not in walking distance. Not a whole lot of amenities. Rooms were nice , fairly new and clean. Elevators were terrible and slow and only one working. Only one Ice machine working as well. Was surprised the breakfast had more than i expected.
