The hotel was in a great location to everything downtown. We were able to walk every where we went. It was clean and quiet at night. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Great vibe. Would highly recommend!

Great location
It was our first time to Savannah so we weren’t sure where to stay. We were pleasantly surprised that the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that only one elevator was working.

Room was new, huge TV, great bathroom. Awesome bed. Manager was training a new employee and we felt welcomed and part of the process. Valet was convenient ($45) and worth it. Location is excellent. Only complaint is traffic noise on the street side (maybe ask to be on the other side) but it wasn’t really that bad. Great value, great people, great room.

Great hotel
The ambience was great. I loved all the exposed brick architecture and the free hot coffee and tea always available in the lobby, including decaf. We ate only 1 1/2 blocks away at the “old pink house” restaurant which was truly a must do experience. Walking distance to River and gift shops and restaurants. Parking was $45 a night which is valet in their own garage. They get your car in and out whenever you need it.

The hotel is in a great location, however we woke up to a very strong sulfur like smell around 3am in our hotel room which appeared to get stronger in the hallways and common areas. When I asked the front staff about the smell they said it was because the hotel was located between two factories the smell is a daily occurrence. Our "fresh" hotel towels also smelled mildew-ey, which was unfortunate.

Staff were super nice and accomodating & rooftop view of savannah was amazing.so convenient to trolley, restaurants and riverfront.i think the sunk in mattress and flat pillows could use updating. Mattress pad was too small and kept sliding off all night. But not terrible sleep. Take earplugs for noisy busy East bay Street at night! But we had a fun weekend here!

one elevator was down the 3 days we were at the property. When asked what was going on, we were told that the elevators were being replaced and that one had been completed but the other elevator had already been down over a month. Completely unacceptable! People trying to move their luggage up and down and we had a handicap person traveling with us and had NO OPTION to use the stairs - so sometimes we had to wait for 3-5 elevators to come that had enough room for him to get on! Will never stay here again.

Great property- easy walking distance to a lot of things. Self parking is a little bit of a pain- parking garage across street and difficult to get unloaded in front of hotel. But there is valet parking if you want. I would definitely stay again
