These condos built in 1855 in the historic district can comfortably fit up to 15 guests with its 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom and right next to downtown. Fully stocked with modern amenities, this home is a perfect Savannah retreat. The professionally designed spaces offer open-concept layouts and kitchen & dining spaces perfect for entertaining.

The Space:
This rental is located in a building that has a total of 6 units. This listing represents 3 of those 6 units. The three units included in this listing are a combination of 2 garden-level units (not a basement, they have full-size windows and doors) and the first-floor unit. The three units share access to the outdoor courtyard with the other 3 units located at the property. If your group is interested in more/less units at the same property, please let us know.

**Units A and B are side-by-side units and they connect from the inside (similar to a hotel). Unit 2 is upstairs from the A and B units. The staircase to go from A and B to Unit 2 is outside.

Unit 2: This is a single-level unit - guests will have to go upstairs to go from the street level to access the first floor of the building

Bedroom 3: 1 Twin Daybed and Trundle - a trundle bed is a pull out twin bed (has a real memory foam twin mattress) that is 4-6” off the ground.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

Not as listed we were looking for accomadations to fit 16. 2 of the rooms are converted closets with a bed put in. Total mix up and not what we thought.

The Only Pro is the Location
This historic house was in a the perfect spot of Savannah; convenient to everywhere we wanted to go on our girl's trip getaway. That is all as far as the positives. The unit advertised as sleeps 14, it seemed plenty big enough for the 7 adults in our group. It was not until the day we arrived that we were sent check-in information for 3 different units all with different lock codes. The three units we were provided codes for divided us up into 1 person in unit B, 2 in unit A, and 4 in unit 2. It was difficult to get together, as the only way to gather was through coded backdoors in the shared courtyard with various other guests or out in front on the street. This was misrepresented on the rental listing site. The listing advertised "The entire home is for your exclusive use." The house clearly had multiple other rental units in addition to ours. Upon arriving we found that Unit 2's sink was clogged, with gunk and debris in the sink; it never drained over our 4 day stay. We texted and emailed the host with pictures but never received a response. Unit A had multiple problems including no towels, the front door could not be locked from the outside, the courtyard door could not be unlocked from the outside, there were no glasses, we were unable to open the washing machine door and dirty/used soap/sponges were left at the sinks and in the shower. Units A and B were downstairs and both had a significant amount of gnats, as well as musty aromas throughout. Also, there was a garbage bag full of trash outside when we arrived and it just sat there throughout the duration of our stay. The unit was beautiful on the outside with obvious modern upgrades, but the cleaning was notably lacking. In addition, the lock issue was a safety concern especially being at the ground level.

The property is beautiful, modern, updated, and in a very convenient location. This was by far our nicest VRBO that we have stayed in Savannah, GA
