If you plan to sleep, do not stay here. Noisy, felt unsafe. People loitering around all hours. A very unpleasant stay. Not worth the price even though it is in downtown.

Ok for a Short Stay
The property was run down but clean. The walls were very thin so at times we were awakened by the traffic or other guests. Every time a room door closed it was a loud slam. It was a convenient location and felt safe, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The room had cockroaches, staff did not apologize or seem to care at all. Manager never reached back out. They just had a maintanence man come and sweep them up. Do not stay here.

This is a terrible hotel. The room was dirty, there was a weird smell like tobbaco, I started to cough when I entered the room, I found a package of sopa behind the door so the clean service is horrible. I decided to cancel and they told me i need to do that with Expedia. They check me out, it was 11pm, I started to try to book other hotel but it was impossible, I assumed they are not allowed to rent rooms after 10pm(all of them were full). I had to comeback to this miserable hotel, despite they told me they couldn’t cancel my room, they told me that they check me out, so if I wanted to sleep there I need to pay for the room again as a walk in client which I did. I left early and I booked other hotel. Also, the fridge didn’t work. I paid for a king size and they gave me a double bed, they told me this is something I needed to fight with Expedia. But Expedia don’t have a solution, they charge me for the first night because I canceled, and Expedia didn’t guaranteed what I paid for(the king size bed) and also charge a disproportionately amount for this place that it is more like a bad and dreadful motel. Avoid this hotel! Believe me!

There was a leak in the bathroom dripping in my head while I was sitting in the toilet bowl. Pancake machine was broken. Not many options besides toast and bagels for hot food. They should add some hard boiled eggs for some good protein option. Besides that excellent location and customer service.

It was expensive. Very old building and very old furniture. Dirty and smelly unsafe area. Very noisy. We slept with our clothes as the sheets were dirty. Terrible terrible experience!

Quality Inn is disgusting and run down. Only positive thing is the area it’s in, but you are really getting what you paid for. Shower tub had black stains, carpet was stained, room smelled like wet wood. The lights in the bathroom stopped working my last day there. The breakfast is just bagels and instant oatmeal you make yourself. The coffee was awful. I wouldn’t stay here with my family, the room was way too dirty and I should have just paid a bit more and stayed at a better hotel.

The front desk staff is phenomenal. The Continental Breakfast is below average. We were there for three nights and no one ever came to clean our room, change our towels or empty the trash.

Great Stay
Room was very basic, carpet needs to be replaced. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable!! GREAT location, never had to use the car, very close to City Market and River Street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasnt exciting, but it was free.

Older property. The room was clean, staff was friendly, but the outside is run down and the 2nd floor terrace was never cleaned. The trash was ovrflowing for 2 days and the tables weren't clean either.

Check in went well. However my bank card had multiple extra charges added to my card. The office said it would fall off my card eventually. The extra charges added up to almost $700. I wasn't happy.

The tub insert makes standing dangerous (too little room for your feet since the tub sides are angled inward). The floors are severly uneven and a trip hazard. Indication of pesticide under and around bed. A $25 parking charge is ridiculous.
