Ultimate Downtown Savannah Family Vacay House by Lucky Savannah

With seven beds spread out amongst a two-story main home, garden apartment, and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV. In the garden apartment located on the street level, and additional bedroom with full kitchen and living area. The apartment can be accessed separately from the street, and connects on the inside to the main house.

The fourth bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower.

Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Perfect accommodation for us!
We were 4 couples connecting after 40 years and this was the perfect spot to stay. Those that wanted more privacy had the carriage house and the downstairs apartment to choose from. Lovely home and great location.

The house was perfect for our group, plenty of space, very clean. The only two things I would note is that the parking in the garage is VERY tight and the main kitchen could use more cookware. Otherwise, our stay was great and I would definitely stay again if planning to visit Savannah!

This place is awesome!
Me, my wife and step daughters arrived to this place on July 3rd. When we walked in and were nothing short of amazed. This place is huge and awesome and would love to stay here again in the future! It is perfect for walking to all of the stores. It only takes 15-20 mins to access everything and the river! This was our 1st time in savannah and will definitely be back 😁

Amazing house within walking distance of downtown Savannah
Beautiful place to stay. There were 9 ladies in our group and we loved the house and carriage house. We were in Savannah for 4 days and the house was centrally located near everything in the city. Lucky Savannah customer service was amazing!! They kept our bags as we had an early arrival the day we got to Savannah and a late flight the day we left. Great place to stay!

Home away from home
The pictures don't do this home any justice. It was more than we expected. From the outside it looks smaller and we didn't know what to expect since we don't live in the south. We walked in and we were all in awe of how amazing the place looked. We were able to get comfortable quickly. We had an issue with figuring out how to unlock the garage and cottage house doors but the owners responded very quickly to ensure we were able to get in. We ended up staying in one day of our trip because of the rain and we were just so comfortable. They had everything that we needed to stay entertained, even the board and card games! Definitely staying here again if we come back to Savannah.

Perfect family rental in great location
We had 9 adults and 2 infants. The separated units were perfect for us. The decor was great and the units were very clean. Brand new construction within a few years I’d guess. Everything was walkable from forsythe park to the river front. Some good local restaurants nearby and having a ground unit for older adults was great. Would live there if we could. Great city. From the booking to check in to our eventual departure the lucky Savannah team was very helpful. The app provided all the information we could need and was a great resource. Having multiple codes for the doors was a little tricky at first but we eventually remembered them. All in all a great experience that I already recommended to several friends looking to travel to Savannah for a long weekend. Thanks!

Great house and location!
I rented this property for 8 people and we were so happy with our stay here! The house was extremely clean and well stocked with the basics. I was able to ship some other supplies in advance and pick them up at the office the day we arrived, which was very convenient and helpful! The beds, including the pull out couches were extremely comfortable. We did not end up using the carriage house as it was a little out of the way for guests, but we definitely would have if we had a few more people. It was in a great location to all sites so we were able to walk during the day and take Ubers at night for convenience. I highly recommend for a large group!
