It's a new property and staff was welcoming. Yet, at times I wondered about my bedding whether I had bed bugs. However, I observed staff team daily cleaning.

Showed up late because we were driving a far distance to get to the hotel and just stopping for the night. Upon arrival (1:45) we couldn’t get in to the hotel bc the staff was sleeping. The courtesy phone outside the door did not work. We waited for 45 minutes to get inside just to be informed that they cancelled our reservation because they didn’t think we were coming. We had to rebook a room and dispute the original charge. The property itself was clean and great for the price but the surrounding area didn’t really feel safe.

We had booked a double queen room at this property. However when we arrived they were out of double queen rooms. The staff at front desk did comp us for that and provided us with 2 full bed rooms which was very helpful. One of the room did not have good heating and also did not have hot water in the tub for a shower. Staff was very helpful but overall an average experience.

The smell of sewage out of the drains in the bathroom is overwhelming. We were going to use this as an extended stay, man are we glad we only booked 1 night. Pretty new facility made with cheap everything in it and done with unskilled ∨ uncaring workers. This place will be a junk heap inside of 2 years!

The property is clean and relatively new but it is primarily an extended stay place and is noisy with lots of kids. It quietens down after dark. The staff left a shipping pallet of supplies sitting in the hallway for 2 of the 3 days of my stay. They offer NO amenities not even coffee.

There was a dirty rag on top of the shower head... different colors and types of hair all over the bed, under the covers, on then pillows and all over the floors getting stuck to feet and socks. Complained and all she said was omg. We had to take out own trash to the dumpsters, thats whay they told us when we asked for housekeeping. Staffs said if we wanted daily housekeeping there was an additional fee. We had to return dirty towels before we could get clean towels and some of the female staff were just rude. This was a very unusual stay.

I liked the full kitchen i did not like not having any amenities in the room. No cups, no coffee, no toilet paper. Had to go and buy everything. Shower was hot ebough for one person to take a quick shower, then had to qait 1/2 hr for it to heat up again. Trash in back was overflowing and smelled.
