The hotel was very pleasant generally, but unfortunately we were put into a room which seemed to have been forgotten. The radiator did not work and the room could only be heated with a convection heater, the cleaning was inadequate and the kettle contained so many bits of questionable matter that we did not risk using it.

Amazing. I enjoyed staying at your hotel very much. Big clean room, great hotel in general with plenty of interesting decorations. Nice staff. One minor issue, there was no shower gel in the container. Aside from that 5 star, I will happily come again. Thank you very much 👍
