"Hotel room was quiet and neat. Hotel was right next to terminal which was great. Hotel restaurant was a joke. We (and others too) had to wait to be served. Nobody came to ask if we need anything. Other people were leaving the restaurant because of poor service. Would not recommend the restaurant to others. Very poor service…"

"Nicely located, only about 15mins by tram to city center. SPA area was nice, gym fantastic (Holmes Place), good selection of food at breakfast. "

"Breakfast was exellent and that you can to get water and coffee from the lobby was good. Location quit near the railway station is good, but near the hotel was no restaurants, at least which were open."
