Hallo Benjamin! Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung, zu der wir gerne wie folgt Stellung nehmen möchten: Sie haben beide ein Zimmer vom Typ Hamberg gebucht. Wie im Angebot ersichtlich, gibt es diese Zimmerkategorie in verschiedenen Ausführungen, weshalb es sein kann, dass die Zimmer nicht identisch sind - wir bitten um Verständnis! Weil sich zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthaltes kurzfristig die Möglichkeit auf eine Kuschelnest-Suite ergeben hat, wollten wir Ihnen mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade (leider war nur eine Kuschelnest-Suite frei) eine Freude machen. Hätten wir gewusst, dass dies bei Ihnen untereinander zu Unmut führt, hätten wir natürlich kein Upgrade angeboten.Durch das kurzfristige Tauschen der Zimmer ist es leider intern zu einem Missverständnis gekommen, das dazu geführt hat, dass Ihr Zimmer beim ersten Betreten noch nicht fertig gereinigt war. Wir entschuldigen uns auch auf diesem Wege nochmal aufrichtig dafür! Ebenfalls bedauern wir, dass Sie mit unserem Service nicht zufrieden waren. Wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung auf alle Fälle als Anlass, um unser Augenmerk nochmal verstärkt auf diese Punkte zu legen und nachzubessern, wo es notwendig ist.
