In the resort 200 m from the centre of Hippach, 3.5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 8 km from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area, directly by the river. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant, bakery 300 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, railway station "Ramsau" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 150 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 8 km. Gastfreundschaft ist ein Fremdwort
Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gemütlich.
Leider ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Das Bad ist nur von einem Schlafzimmer aus begehbar. Im Schlafzimmer wummert es laut, vmtl. von der Heizungsanlage.
Die beiden Vermieter sind äußerst unfreundlich, man wird schon zur Begrüßung harsch zurecht gewiesen wenn man falsch parkt. Die Übergabe ist ein endloser Vortrag. Man hat nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Am Telefon wird einfach aufgelegt wenn man eine Frage hat. Haben wir alles noch nicht erlebt.
