The house stands next to the property of the owner on the outskirts of the country's skin city of Schwerin.

The house is very nicely furnished with fully custom wooden furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom are located on the ground floor. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a 2 ring hob, sink, cabinets and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A wooden staircase leads up to the two bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds. The living room has a small table, a couch, 2 chairs that TV, a CD radio and two built-in wardrobes.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Schönes Ferienhaus im Vorort von Schwerin. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, in der gleichen Straße befinden sich zwei Hotels mit guten Restaurants. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um Schwerin sehr gut geeignet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, gab gute Tips und war jederzeit für Fragen offen.

Urlaub in Krebsförden
Eine schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der es an Nichts fehlt und die man als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung und der Stadt Schwerin gut nutzen kann.Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Empfang von Seiten des Vermieters war sehr herzlich und man konnte sich jederzeit mit Fragen an ihn wenden.Von Vorteil ist, wenn man ein Fahrrad nutzen kann ,um ohne Auto und Buss mobil zu sein,da es bis zum Stadtzentrum ca.4,5 km Weg sind.

Uriges kleines Häuschen, ruhige Lage, für Radtouren um die Seen ideal gelegen
Das kleine alleinstehende Häuschen auf dem Grundstück des sehr netten und sympatischen Vermieters ist einfach ausgestattet, aber ein ruhiger Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt (zu Fuß, Rad oder Bus ca. 4,5 km bis zum Schloss). Das Umland bietet schöne Radnetze für jede Kondition. Und die Ostseebäder locken zu einem Kurztripp per Auto. Zum Haus: einfache aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür, der andere Schlafbereich oberhalb der offenen Treppe. Die Möbel sind größtenteils vom Senior handgezimmert. Für Personen über 1,90m etwas eingeschränkte Deckenhöhe (habe mit meinen 2m aber 14 Tage gut überstanden 😁). Selbstversorger (2-Platten-Herd) oder auswärts Essen gut möglich. Von den üblichen Fastfoodtempeln um das 7-Seen-Center bis zu wirklich guten Gaststätten (Amtsstube!) ist alles in der Nähe. Trotz Parkfläche vor dem Häuschen haben wir lieber in der Dorfstraße vor dem Haus unseres Vermieters geparkt. Dort sind ausgewiesene Parkstreifen. Die Fahrräder konnten wir mit einer (mitgebrachten) langen Kette an einem Balken des Vordachs sicher anschließen. Das Wohngebiet ist eine ruhige Anliegerstraße mit einem kurzen Abschnitt aus altem Kopfsteinpflaster. Einen großen Dank nochmals an unseren netten Vermieter Herrn Hoppmann jr. für die tollen Tipps und die Zeit in ihrem kleinen Häuschen!

A nice and comfortable little house in a good location.
The house is a bit roomier than the photos show. We were two couples and we had plenty of space. It is a quiet location, with a pleasant swimming lake just a short walk away. From the house, we easily took the bus into Schwerin city center and we drove our car (there's a parking spot at the house) to visit Rostock, Guestrow, Wismar, and Insel Poel. The kitchen is well-equipped. This is not a place for media addicts....there is no wi-fi and the TV is old and we never figured out the channels. This didn't bother us, but might be a disadvantage for some. This is the only reason I gave only 4 stars. The main thing is that the house is sparkling clean and very pleasantly furnished and decorated, with hand-made wooden furniture and pretty bedding. The owners are very nice people. Don't miss a good lunch or dinner at the Arte Gasthaus and Restaurant just a couple of blocks away.
