Situated at the foothills of Santa Cruz Mountains surrounded by gorgeous scenery, only 15-20 minutes drive to UC Santa Cruz and many attractions: Santa Cruz, Capitola or Aptos beaches, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Plenty of amazing hikes nearby, 10-15 minutes to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park or The Forest of Nisene Marks. Enjoy your stay!

Home away from home.
Nice to have a place to sit outside. Very clean and functional vs a hotel room for the same price. One minor issue - the bed is up against the wall on one side. Appreciated dedicated off street parking and grocery store in walking distance.

Very clean and felt safe!
The cottage was just want we needed small but efficient. Very clean and put together nicely. I would like to mention there is no ac unit in the cottage just fans if I missed that in the posting or not. We were fine because we were out most of the day and the evenings cool off around 9pm which made it better for sleeping. The location was good 15-20min to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops in the area. About 10min to roaring camp railroad.

Wonderful cottage
The cottage is serene and cozy. The host is accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet with little traffic. It has a small kitchen and a large bathroom.

Nice Back House Close To Santa Cruz
Great deal in a quiet neighborhood. Place was super clean and cozy with all the amenities coffee machine, microwave even a small fridge. I was expecting a super late arrival and host was very responsive and understanding. I would definitely recommend and come back 10/10

I enjoyed my stay. Unit is small, cozy, and quiet. I like to cook, and there was not much as far as kitchen items. Kitchen is very small so I can see why that is not a focal point of the rental. Communication with host was quick and easy. I’d stay here again.

Beautifully Quaint and Beautifully Priced
I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property very close to Santa Cruz. From the very beginning there was great contact with the host who answered all my questions. The room was well stocked and reminded me much more of a home than a vrbo. The only issue I encountered was a neighbors outdoor light that stays on all night. This is obviously not the fault of the host and the room is provided with blinds that bock it out completely. All in all I was so thankful for the opportunity to stay and would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
