The room had a door that did not close. Very unsafe for a solo traveler. Front desk informed me they knew of door problems and were going to fix it after I checked out. They did change rooms, with an air unit that made so much noise I had to turn it off.

Room was clean and staff was nice. Only thing we had an issue was the room phone did not work and there was no hair dryer and the staff was helpful and was able to get the hair dryer for us.

Not the quality I expected
The first room I was given smelled like cat pee and the couch was stained. I asked for a different room and the room I got had stains on the carpet and the TV remote was missing and they couldn't find one to work with the TV. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I thought I would have a better quality room from Wyndham.
