There is a beautiful parquet floor in the living and sleeping rooms.

The surrounding area invites you to small and large walks in unique natural and cultural landscape, which begins practically at the front door. Shopping can be done in the nearby Volg or in the bakery. The Ftan ski bus stops right next to the fountain and takes you to the chairlift in Ftan. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850 m away. The Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna area and many other stores can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
