Great place!
We had a lovely time at the house. It was very well laid out, with a huge kitchen and open-plan living room. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The spot in the woods was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely rent again.

Home interior was comfortable with everything we could want except boxes of tissues and sharp knives in the kitchen. Regarding location, ee may have been a bit naive but paying 450 per day at sea ranch we expected quiet. We were near s busy road and heard traffic at all hours. That was the biggest disappointment. Also didn’t love check in at ; and Che k out at 10. Not fox we love having to drive z8 miles into gualala to have to pick up the welcome packet.

Great family spot
Great spot in woods, lots of room upstairs in living room and kitchen. Amazing hot tub and pair of heated Kosmos chairs. Would prefer better check-in times for our short 2-night stay, but staff were very nice and we will be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay!
Beautiful property for a bubbled up group of two families who just wanted to escape the city and exist somewhere else. Great big kitchen, great sitting space to have wine and play games and do puzzles. Our kids basically hid downstairs and played for hours at a time. The view out of the main sitting room is beautiful, and we were visited nightly by deer. Our only complaint was checking out at 10am—but I mean come on—that’s no dealbreaker. Thanks for having us!

House in the Forest
Beautiful house in Sea Ranch with a peek a bo view of the ocean. It has a modern feel but no comfy throws to cuddle with while you relax. Kitchen is large but lacks a garbage disposal and had a broken rack in the fridge. The living area, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom are very roomy, but the downstairs bedrooms are quite small, though they have big closets. Definitely would choose to stay here again.

We loved it !! Beautiful quiet space. Good separation of bedrooms. You must drive most places but the beaches are worth it. Great kitchen and dining area. You may even see deer in the yard !

Great location, well kept and well appointed
Our family’s first trip to Sea Ranch, and we had a lovely stay at this house. The large family room had plenty of space and seating for all of us to hang out and read, or do a puzzle, or sip tea and look out the huge windows, or whatever we wanted - just to hang out together in the same room was fab. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed, and the bedrooms and layout were also perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again if they’ll have us back :-)

Nice property that would be great with a few improvements
We recently stayed at this property with our four small children. There were many things that we liked and a few improvements that would have made the stay better. We liked that the property had plenty of room for our family. We loved the large kitchen, modern furniture, tile in kitchen and baths, large bathrooms, television viewing options (Hulu, Sling, Amazon, Netflix, etc), and the washer/dryer. We loved having access to the trails, beach, and rec centers as well (all the properties in Sea Ranch have access to these amenities). We also had a few things we did not love. First, the front door has some issues. The first being that it can only be unlocked/locked from the outside. This caused a bit of inconvenience when we wanted to leave or lock up for the night. I also believe not being able to unlock the door from the inside posses a safety issue if there is an emergency and need to exit. Another issue is the front door is not secure. The front door is two glass double doors. If you pull up on the handle of the southern double door, the entire door comes loose (not completely unlocked) and makes it so the door can bow in if you pull on it. The door is still locked, but would not take much force for someone to push in on it from the outside and break in. I'd also recommend the owner spend some time maintaining the blinds in the home. Some were dusty and the ones in the master bedroom looked like they possibly had mold on them. Also, the two downstairs bedrooms have glass doors leading to the outside, but no blinds on them for privacy. The house was also a little buggy. We noticed a few dead bugs/spiders around the baseboards and a few live ones in the house (a black widow on the steps down to the living room, ants in the master bathroom, and rolly pollies downstairs). All the homes in Sea Ranch are surrounded by nature, but I think that the issue could be better managed with more regular pest control. There was also a problem with the heater in the home. It was cold in the mornings and evenings. With the heat on and thermostat set to 80, the house was 63 degrees the first day/night. We called the property management company and they were very responsive. They sent a maintenance person over. Unfortunately he needed to get parts and wasn't able to fix it during our stay. They did provide us with 4 space heaters, which worked well. During the day, temperatures were high enough that the home was comfortable.

Beautiful, simple, peaceful, had everything we needed.
We had an amazing time in this house. The surrounding trees and beautiful, huge windows made for serene views and a hideaway feel. The house is clean, welcoming, and super spacious. We very much enjoyed just cooking in the kitchen and on the grill, and lounging in the large living area with our dog. Our pup loved the dog bed and the deck! Easy access to trails and beaches, and enjoyable even on foggy days. We couldn't quite get the wood burning stove to work, but everything else was as advertised. A low key, quiet but lovely town to stay in. We'd absolutely book again and couldn't have been happier.
