Welcome to Immaculate Airy Retreat, located on the north end of Seaside Heights situated 300ft to the beach and boardwalk! Enjoy your beach vacation at our bright and airy 1 bed/1 bath beach condo! Located on the third level, this spacious condo boasts an open floor plan with plenty of natural light all day long! The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it the perfect destination for a romantic getaway or small family vacation!

Accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably with one queen bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Each guest is provided with premium, freshly cleaned pillows, blankets, sheets, bath towels and beach towels! Additionally, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee bar offering k-cups, tea, sugar, creamers, to-go cups, a cookie jar and salt water taffy! We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 1 Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, a few sand toys, a beach bag, a variety of classic board games, cards, dominos, books and 2 TVs equipped with Amazon fire stick (Guests are to log into their own streaming accounts for use during their stay). 1-Gig Wi-Fi speed is provided and is great for working remotely!

Simply unpack your bags and enjoy your stay! We offer all of the amenities of home to make your stay a pleasant one!

This condo is located on the third floor of an 18 unit condominium building and some spaces are shared with other condo owners. The two chairs in front of the condo are designated to the guests. Additionally, guests have access to a shared laundry room, elevator, indoor staircase/outdoor staircase, bike rack, dumpster, BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Off street parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot is provided. A Seaside Heights parking pass is provided for an additional parking spot on the street(Paid municipal parking is enforced from April 1st to October 31st). 4 seasonal beach badges are provided($220 value).

⚠️We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.

⚠️To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

⚠️By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
