Seaside Family Vacation

Decent size house in a good location. Pretty much as advertised. Could’ve been a bit cleaner upon arrival. All the doors need cleaning and painting. BBQ was a complete waste of time but was replaced promptly. Could use some outdoor patio furniture. Overall an acceptable stay. Property manager responded to our requests fairly promptly.

Perfect location in Seaside!

This listing is one that my family would love to visit again! The location was perfect. The beach was in walking distance, is wasn't super busy like downtown, and there was a park literally right next door that my kids would play at. The only downside that we noticed was the cleanliness. It looked as if the cleaners only wiper over the surfaces quickly. There were areas that were dusty (not newly settled dust), grimey prints on the wall, and hairs in the shower and on the sheets. My suggestion would be to relate this to the cleaning service that is used. Also, hooks for towels would be useful, too.

Great stay!

Great location, easy walk to beach and shops. House was comfortable, teens loved the hot tub. House was sufficiently stocked. The park next to the house was really nice. A couple of suggestions. 1) Shower curtain should have rings, not hooks, as the hooks fell off when trying open/ close the curtain. 2) The trash bin outside is not large enough, and was already full when we arrived for our weeklong stay. It was not picked up until Thursday. Overall, an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Great house for an easy getaway

House was clean on arrival. The big open floor plan was nice and fun for the kids. There's a park right behind the hot tub side. Kids were able to walk out the back straight to it. The hot tub we all loved. Was very warm. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay

Good location, clean!

This house was the perfect size for our family vacation! The kids loved the bunk beds. The house was clean and stocked with basic items for the kitchen and bathrooms. We did not walk to the beach from the house, but it was an easy drive to get there. The hot tub was not working and we were notified of this one hour prior to check-in.

No Frills House

We rented this place for my daughter's birthday. The only thing she wanted was a hot tub. When we got there the hot tub was completely empty. Someone did come and fill it later, but still, if it says hot tub, the hot tub should be filled and ready when we check in. There was no way to control the fan, so it was 83 degrees in the house. The master bathroom was lovely and the master bath was lovely, except the jaccuzi tub had no visible controls, so it was basically just a big bath tub. The kitchen did not have tons of utensils. The can opener did not work. There were plenty of towels and bath towels. It was right next to a park, which was nice. Great porch and good parking.
