Best VRBO we have ever rented!
All of the other reviews sum this place up. It's like walking into your own home. It has everything! Incredibly well stocked kitchen, lovely Sleep Number bed, very comfortable furniture and the VIEW, OMG. It's really the best view. The 3rd floor is perfect. You are just above the Prom and 2 blocks from the turnaround.It is very well done, very comfortable and just made us feel like we had done it ourselves. All of the extra's - a full business/computer area with a multifunction printer if you need to work while there, Nice large TV that worked easily, Bose radio that puts out great sound. The have tons of board games, beach toys, great chairs and pads on the deck and just about anything you could think of.Communication was spectacular and easy to understand.We will be back, and likely often!Thank you both for such an amazing time.....

Beautiful getaway
My husband and I spent the weekend there to celebrate his birthday. We haven’t been to the Oregon coast in a long time so I was particular about getting a place we could enjoy even if it rained. This unit did not disappoint. From the start, communications were great and when we arrived, we were able to check in an hour early. The place is absolutely gorgeous - from the interior design, decor, amenities provided, clear big glass windows and view of the ocean and boardwalk. Everything was in walking distance and Seaside has a lot to offer. We also drove to Cannon Beach & Gearhart, and like having the variety of nearby coastal towns. The bed really stood out to us - it looked and felt luxurious. Everything was pretty much perfect and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Summer would be a great time to return.

Great beach escape!
We loved the location, it’s an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The condo is wonderfully equipped. There is everything you could possibly need or want. The views are excellent! Communication was great; all in all a 5 star beach getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

This property did not meet our expectations- it exceeded them by a lot! We have been to Seaside half a dozen times and always enjoy the town and its location near Astoria and Cannon Beach. This property had everything- views, location, clean, over the top in every category- supplies, cookware, towels and linens, and a comfortable number bed. All the amenities they provided were over the top Even the TV - I was able to log-in to our Netflix, YouTube TV, Apple TV accounts and more. Mark and Spring, our hosts, were quick to respond to any questions. We have stayed in hotels, B &B’s, rental units in the US, Canada, England, Wales, Scotland, Belgium, France, Russia, Germany and more and have not found a better property. We traveled 2500 miles to get here and would do it again! Don’t hesitate; this THE ONE! Larry and Ginny

Summer trip
The condo was great. Overall stay was great. We were offered an extra night at a reduced rate. My wife and I were excited to take the offer, we just needed to clear it with our employers. We were told we could give an answer by Monday Afternoon. We accepted the offer Monday morning. 8 hours later, we were told that someone else had booked the condo. Apparently when host agreed to give us until Monday Afternoon, what the host meant was that we had to book right away since they couldn't guarantee availability.

Perfect Seaside Retreat: Exceeded All Expectations!
Our recent stay at this VRBO in Seaside was nothing short of extraordinary. The host was exceptional, ensuring every detail was perfect from start to finish. The home itself ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced—immaculately clean, outfitted with every amenity you could need, and featuring a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the promenade and just two blocks from the iconic turnaround. But the real showstopper was the breathtaking view, making every moment at this condo a joy. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone seeking a top-notch stay in Seaside.

The location and amenities of this property were great! Good communication with the host prior to arriving. The host offered us early checkin and we arrived 1 hour prior to normal checkin time, but the cleaner was still in the process of cleaning so we waiting just outside the room for 15 mins. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. The only negative thing about this property was a couple of very strong chemical smells. One could have been from the cleaning supplies. The other appeared to be in the bedroom and may have been from a newly purchased mattress. It was very strong, giving me a slight headache. Airing out the property after cleaning, just before renters arrive would be good. Overall a pleasant stay in seaside.

Best Gem in Seaside !
What a G•E•M !!! Cleanliness was superb ! Whole condo felt modern, including kitchen which had great quality items, not just leftovers from someone’s house as most rentals. Host was very nice and sooo easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. Place is in the best location … we will be coming back !

Great stay. Best vacation rental ever. Fully updated with any eye for every detail. Comfortable bed, well appointed bathrooms, fully outfitted kitchen (everything that you need and more). Relaxing stay in a wonderful place
I was surprised of how clean and new everything was. Some towels still had tags on. Cleanliness is my number 1 criteria for selecting lodging, and this one exceeded expectations. I also appreciated the host's attentive gesture for my wedding anniversary. Our 3 year old enjoyed the puzzles and kite available in the unit. I would highly recommend!!!

Spring was wonderful to work with and when we needed to contact her, she was available and ready to help. The property and views were wonderful. The unit had everything that we may have needed, with an added bonus of a kite we found and decided to fly out on the beach. Thank you for a great stay!
