We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. The room was spacious and clean. For the price, the space and location was great. The included breakfast was good and convenient. We appreciated the large bench that accomodated both our suitcases and the room had two sinks.

There were stains on the loveseat and carpets. The privacy latch was coming out of the door and would easily have been ripped of in an indcident. The grounds were tired and run down like the room I had.

I have stayed at the Baymont several times. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and location is easily accessible to I-405. I would recommend this property.

Nice clean hotel maybe motel. 2 buildings that you enter from outside. The breakfast was good but ends at 9am which is early for my teens. Good place to stay.

The air conditioner air filters were filthy. I had to soak them in the tub and they turned the water black. The service people left partially used shampoo and conditioner for me and my room was only made up once of three nights. At breakfast there were no forks.
