I don't often give reviews, but will for Best Motel. My husband had surgery at UW Northwest Hospital. We needed something close and the location was perfect. The building was older, but has been remodeled and very clean. The staff was very helpful and any minor issue was promptly dealt with. As i was alone, the security was very appreciated and i felt safe both in the room and with my car in the parking lot. The beds were very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Everything about this stay went great, our only issue was that the water wouldnt turn hot, and we spent our entire time having to wash our hands in very cold water. Thankfully we didn't have to shower, but if we did it would have been awful.

I liked the security of a closed gate at night and the 24hr surveillance. Everything in the motel was fine, except the shower hot water pressure. Nothing fancy, but definitely not bad. Staff was very friendly and informative, and I liked the door marker given with the options of room cleaning needed and do not disturb.

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight just to have a place to sleep. It was very clean, staff were very friendly. Biggest issue was lack of plugs - none in the bathroom, only one on one side of bed. I had to unplug an air freshener behind the tv to plug in my phone, and unplug the microwave to charge my smart watch. Also odd design, there’s a standalone closet that blocks half the entry way to the kitchenette - you have to shimmy by it to get by. The area is a bit skier by, but there is a coded security gate and it was quiet while we were there. Not sure I’d return but it was good for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay. Although on a major road, I still was very quiet in the room and I heard no traffic. The bed was very comfortable. Apple supplies of soap and shampoo and the space to prepare my own food was excellent. Overall, I would definitely come here again

Lady on the front desk was very attentive, for here 5 stars. But location 0. Didn’t believe those reviews who mentioned hookers but THEY ARE EVERYWHERE IN THE AREA AT NIGHT!!! If I didn’t already pay for the room I would never stay there. Couldn’t touch anything or lay in the bed and not thinking of them and what was possibly going on in the room. The room was clean enough, paid $80. You could pay $20 more in different area and feel more safe and peacefull
