I loved everything about this hotel , room is small but more than enough for 1 person . loved the ipad and how I was able to control so many things with it . breakfast was delicious and fair price and employees were kind and friendly . room was clean too . honestly didn’t have any issue at all . price was not “ cheap “ but thats seattle . compare to other hotels in the area this was the cheapest at the time I booked and it is a new hotel !! only thing I can say no a warning to other travellers . AC is centrol or something like that so it won’t warm or cool the room in 10 min . you need to give it an hour or so .

First time staying on a CitizenM Hotel. It was definitely interesting. It's also very high tech, the room itself is cozy. The king size bed/pillows was very comfortable, we slept well for two nights. The check in/check out process was very easy and quick. the room is operated with an Ipad which was pretty cool. The TV, lights of the room, the window shades etc was controlled by the ipad, easy to use. The room was enough for 2 people, space is tight, reminded me of those NYC apartments where all space is utilized to it's maximum; the bathroom can be uncomfortable for some since it's part of the room space but spacious enough for us.

Loved staying here, it’s in a great district and felt safe walking even at night. The hotel was perfect, room is small and gave European ikea vibes which was great if you like this. Really impressed with the citizenM brand. Gym was amazing and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying at other citizenMs. Really a great value.

It has a boutique feel with everything carefully set up. But it is smaller than normal. The bed is against the window and the person sleeping inside must climb over the other person to get out of bed.

This place is so cool. Really fun vibes! The food and drinks are a bit expensive but the elite and cheese fritters were really good. The shower was awesome and I really appreciate the luggage storage service they have! I would totally stay there again.

We were greated at check in and felt very welcomed. I wasnt excpeting to get a choice on where and what view we would get to have. The room was perfect for an overnight stay in the city. Would stay here again.

This property should tell people the room sizes on expedia. You go thinking it id a normal hotel room , to find that you are in a very small room. The actual room is 1/3 the size of a normal room. The bed is noisy, because of the cover under the sheets, and the fan in the room make a horrible squealing sound. So you dont have good air circulation. Unless you want to stay up all night. The media didnt work. No local tv available. If it is more than one person, you hear everything the other person is doing in the washroom. Not nice. I can not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay there again, or any of the citizenm properties.

Great option to expensive downtown hotels
We have stayed at several Citizen Ms before & so I chose this hotel because our son loves the modern vibe & unique rooms. It was also more reasonably priced than hotels in the heart of downtown Seattle. We're fine with the "cruise ship style" room (bed tucked in a wall-to-wall niche with one person having no way to get in/out except to climb over the other person) but warning-- do not book here unless you're really comfortable with your hotel mate. Not only is the bed situation tight, the bathroom is a 'bullpen' with the toilet & shower set together in a clear, plastic, oval chamber. If you have to USE the restroom know you will have ZERO privacy & every sound will be heard. :0 As for this hotel, we liked the location-- it was close to a lot. There's a Whole Foods just across the street & we had EXCELLENT sushi at Sushi Katsu-ya which is steps from the hotel. There's a small park across the street & a Saturday market. Where this hotel disappointed us was a) when I checked in the first thing I asked the not warm, personality-less employee was how to get to downtown. He told me we had to Uber. This disappointed me but we did it ($16) & came to find out the hotel is LESS than 2 miles from downtown & we could have easily walked (& did for the rest of the trip). It's also worth noting that Space Needle & the Chihuly Gardens Museum (amazing!!) are an easy, 15-min walk. And b) we had NO housekeeping. I don't know why but we received no cleaning or fresh towels.

Great staff, also kind and helpful with my 80y/o mom who was not feeling well at the time! rooms are cute and fun expecially the color changes of the lights for the shower, my 10year old loved the colors. They CitizenM had great citizens who worked there. Thank you so much!
