I stayed for three nights and the Wi-Fi worked fine during the first night. Upon waking up on the second day, both of my devices were "Connected" with "No Internet". I reported this to the front desk, who contacted maintenance and it briefly worked shortly after, but it reverted back to having "No Internet" after a short time. It didn't work at all on the third day, even after I reported it to the front desk. I think the routers are set up to limit the quantity of assignable IP addresses, so they quickly fill up and can not assign any more, preventing devices from having internet access. Additionally, I asked the front desk about self-service laundry and they directed me to go to a nearby convenience store to obtain laundry detergent, even though they had a sign in the laundry area which stated the front desk has it for $1.00. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Coast Gateway takes a wrong turn
I’m worried about this hotel now that it was bought by a new owner, Audian. Always a fine stay before, but now there are signs of unwelcome cost cutting. For example, the water was lukewarm, not hot enough to shower. We stayed again a few days later and had to ask them to turn up the water thermostat. I can imagine how much water guests are wasting in a vain attempt to get hot water. The staff are still great, but apparently poor management choices are being made. We also found the wifi would not reach the 5th floor and had to change rooms. Sure hope they smarten up as this is our preferred hotel for stays at SeaTac.

Nice hotel conveniently located very close to SeaTac International Airport. Airport Shuttle runs all night, and pick up from the airport is quick. To-go breakfast is unbelievable: egg, bagels, cream cheese, butter, an orange, yoghurt, a bar, cheese stick - all nicely bagged and ready for you!

Enjoyable stay
Facility was clean. Comfortable bed. I wish there were instructions on how to use the TV, but that was just annoying. Nice breakfast room and okay selection. The shuttle service was fast and easy. The hotel is close to the airport but no airplane noise.
