The hotel had no power, no working phones and no hot water. They refused to give any discount. They expected us to pay full price and this was unacceptable. Marriott is too big of a franchise to these problems and not offer a discount.

Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. AC was broken and when I called front desk, she said to wait 15 minutes…. 30 minutes later still not working. Called one more time for some help, she had an attitude and said to wait 15 more minutes. I tried to explain to her that it’s not the temperature we’re waiting for, the AC is just not turning on but she seemed annoyed and still said to wait 15 minutes…basically went the whole night without AC. We tried to fix it ourselves but nothing worked. Our whole stay at the property was good except for her.

Hotel is comfortable but they were understaffed for the long weekend crowd they get. Located close to QFC where I could get a grab and go meal. They do have a restaurant inside which was okay for the breakfast. The gym is nice clean with functional equipments.

Expedia made some mistake about the information of the hotel. The hotel does not provide any shuttle between the hotel and the airport. However, it states that the free shuttle service is provided. It is very confusing.

The rooms were clean quiet bed was comfortable. They need to work on the amenities as far as essentials in the room. Tea would have been nice because we don’t drink coffee no shower cap, but the stuff they were wonderful. Also, they need to keep the restaurant open a little bit late for late snack or tea.

Pretty disappointed with the property. They advertise a pool but when I asked staff where it was they said there is no pool. Just looked at the property online a there is a pool pictured. This was supposed to be our end of day relaxation after a day hiking. Kids and I were pretty disappointed and more than likely won’t stay again.

The stay was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like, if you buy stuff from the little market by the front desk you are going to pay A LOT of money a bag of chips was $4.25 and my soda was $4. There’s a QFC across the street and a Arco at the corner. Other than that the hotel and staff are amazing.
