My son on leave had a flight cancellation in Seattle and was stuck over night. I rushed and booked a room under my credit card through Expedia. When he arrived at night they would not check him in as he was under 21. I tried to explain this was my reservation under my credit card and they still would not allow him to check in. Jill L. then proceeded to throw his phone at him and would not even allow him to stay in the lobby long enough to allow us to make other plans or to call a taxi. I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager and was told there was no one I could possibly talk to. As a Marriot frequenter and business traveler, I will no longer be staying at any Marriot flagged hotels. My son and I have never been treated as rudely as we were by Jill L at the Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel. The throwing of the phone was the final straw and I know it happened as I was on speaker phone.
