The place was very comfortable, and clean. Nice neighborhood. It states there is private beach access, There was no information provided, or was there any answer when calling about it. Also there was no playground. The lawn and yard needed attention.. overall we enjoyed our stay. I have tried contacting the number provided only to get no answer,. I left my son's baseball hat there, and really need to get it back..
