It was a very huge hotel, very difficult to find my room on the 5th wing. I did not want to haul my luggage up and down stairs across a driveway to my wing. I actually went up to the 2nd floor to make my way down to the first floor from the elevator, then on to the lobby. It was the only way to avoid the outsides stairs. That might have been ok If not for two pieces of luggage. The only other alternative would have been to have an employee carry my luggage for me and no one seemed to be around at the time and the employee at the front desk did not offer any services at the time. That was the only thing I was not happy with.

The location was perfect for us. We were exploring the Northwest and visited both Seattle and Oregon. Everything was perfect for the nights in the hotel.

Arrived with a bunch of guests from airport. One person was available at the registration desk and after the line grew restless, the express desk was opened. The rugs are a bit worn and the amenities sparse. There is not a lot of room for rideshare or shuttle buses for this large hotel. On the good side, there are lots of opportunities in different price ranges for snacks/food.

The receptionist that was there last night was excellent and friendly. However when walking to our room there was the pungent smell of the "Devils lettuces". Not to take away from how our room seemed to have been recently use. The trash can was full, decorations from a party before, items left behind, and the shower was still wet. I had booked the room quite in advanced and would have expected that it would have at least been preped and cleaned 8hrs beforehand.

The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and the downtown area. While the property shows some age, the sheets and overall cleanliness of the room were impressive. The staff was both attentive and friendly. When we encountered a heating issue, they resolved it promptly.

Perfect location for leaving to the airport in the morning. They have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to the airport.
