Room was clean, up to date, and spacious enough. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice view of the Space Needle from my room. Great proximity to many attractions, including the Climate Pledge Arena. Currently there is a lot of construction on the streets around the hotel - likely this cannot be helped.

The property seems nice at first. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear the toilet flushing next to us on both sides and above. There was construction going on and one elevator was out of service. We could easily hear conversations in the hallways. The restaurant closed at 9pm which seems really early. Parking was $37 a night! The bartender and cook were very friendly. Would not go back

The hotel was cozy and clean, but I was disappointed that parking was not included in the price. I’ve never encountered a hotel that didn’t offer or accommodate parking. The fact that you omitted this detail from the pricing and then asked me to pay for parking upon arrival felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. I didn’t appreciate that, but overall, it worked out fine. Would've appreciated more upfront details in the description so I could've expected and planned for more fees. Thanks anyways though

I enjoyed the stay the front desk was very friendly helpful in helping me find nearby places to eat and offering services. The room was wonderful with the soap lotions and shower scrubs available. My only slight disappointment was the food inside closing at 9 but getting in prior to 9 they stopped serving that would of been helpful to know or maybe posted.
