Discover your perfect vacation retreat in this modern 1 bedroom condo! You'll be a short walk from Seattle's vibrant Fremont neighborhood, the Woodland Park Zoo, and the legendary troll who lives under the nearby Aurora bridge! You’re also only a few minutes' drive from downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the Seattle Art Museum, and Chihuly Garden and Glass!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for 50% of one night's cost upon request.

2. I’m proud to offer a SMOKE-FREE unit for guests! However, while the building is non-smoking in common areas, smoke from other units can sometimes drift into hallways. If you're sensitive, it might be best to book elsewhere.

3. Parties larger than 2 people are welcome to use the pullout couch. Extra pillows and linens can be found in the bedroom closet.

4. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CRITICAL: Put the fob/parking passes in the left side drawer of the entryway table and the key in the outdoor lockbox. A lost key, fob, or parking pass will incur a $150 fee.
Return any moved furniture and/or decor to its original position.
Sign out of any streaming services you signed into during your stay.

Cute, convenient, small

Great host and location. Clean, cute, nice courtyard. Access is too complicated. Advertised as sleeping 4 adults but one bed is only a full and the other is an air mattress that has to be inflated. Barely room for 3 to sit in living room. One loveseat and one small chair. TV use in Living room requires chrome cast app, which requires download for iPhone or apple products.

Center of the universe lived up to its name

We had a lovely stay! Our host Lessley kept us informed every step of the way. Instructions were clear and well thought out. The property was so close to all the places we wanted to visit and only minutes to the bustling Fremont neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone interested in a stay in the center of the universe!

Great place!

This place is great--Kitchen, location, even a cute patio. The manager is also a great communicator so even if you are dumb and can't find it at first in the dark, you will be just fine! (Cough...) We also had a family emergency and had to leave early and couldn't enjoy as much as we wanted, and the manager was great about us having to leave fast. We will be back to enjoy again!

Center of the Universe Heaven

This is very close to all the attractions and there is such a variety of things to do. You can walk to multiple places to eat and shop. It is a short drive to many parks and beaches. The condo is full of all the amenities, good amount of cooking supplies, good appliances, and the bedroom is so comfy. The patio of the unit is so calming as it faces the courtyard. Lessley was amazing and was very communicative. If you have an issue or a question she gets back so quickly. I would highly recommend this getaway spot!! Can't wait to return.
