We arrived very late in the evening after our flight. Check in was fast and easy. Around 3;30 am the air conditioner in our room started making a terrible racket resulting in us getting little sleep. Called the front desk in the morning and was told someone would be up at 9am to look at it. At nearly 10am no one had shown up. Went down to the front desk and said we were leaving to get breakfast and that no one was to be in our room but when we got back two employees were in our room replacing the air conditioner WITHOUT us being there!! Also we understand your every other day housekeeping policy but when we asked the housekeeper to clean and empty our trash she said yes. We told her we were going to the lobby to get out of her way. 45 minutes later we return to the room and it had not been touched. Went to the front desk later in the day to get more coffee supplies and reported that the room had not been cleaned. We were told that they only cleaned every other day. We had not had our room cleaned prior to that. I believe the issue stemmed from lack of communication and limited understanding of English by staff. It was just not the stay we expected from a Hampton as far as service and appearance. This property is starting to show it's age but I guess updates are starting to take place.

This hotel is an overall average stay. Currently, they are upgrading the king rooms to roll-in shower. For that reason, there is loud noise intermittently. The front desk provides complimentary ear buds which is thoughtful. Pros: Area shuttle bus to the mall, airport, target, listed restaurants etc. designated times. Nice upgraded rooms Gym Free breakfast Pool You can purchase items like noodles, pills, etc. Cons: Very untidy/unclean eating areas. Rooms are not clean enough, check microwave, phone is dusty etc. Hotel carpets need to wash Lobby area needs to be upgraded Staff needs to be available at all times. Sometimes it takes a while to get customer service to check-in/receive help.

The breakfast was small, limited and unstocked. Too many people. Small space, empty selection that already was minimal. Despite the line amount, breakfast ended abruptly with little accommodations for guest hospitality.
