The experience was good in general and we would like to come back to this place. However a guy in the front was rude and called us 4 times at night asking us to leave the room and pass the credit card again due to an error they had. Our room was already assigned to someone else and we did not realized until the guest arrived at around 9:30 and open our door. Luckily we were still watching TV and saw him trying to get in our room. That was an error of the receptionist because she saw our license and ran the credit card. The next day we were able to solve the situation. One of the ladies from the office excused herself for the situation.

Unfortunately the couch and chair in the living room was very uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom vanity was way too small. It was a large bathroom, there was plenty of room for a larger vanity or even double sink.

I liked the hotel’s breakfast, the cleanliness and size of the room. It’s decent for a family of 3. Overall it was a nice stay! The receptionist was very approachable. Overall 10/10. Just outside the property when you walk to the grocery store has some homeless people which was not the property’s fault. But it was close and walkable to the Space Needle which was nice!

We spent a day at the Hampton Inn. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the space needle and you can also walk down to the Sculpture park. They have ample parking and the room was clean. Breakfast is included too.
