An up charge of $35 to park a car was a disappointment. Also the people in front of us were airline workers and it seems there is poor communication with the company and hotel regarding payment so it took us much longer than it should have to check in. Comfortable beds. Paid the additional 35 for king size upgrade.

Sell the room twice by giving my room to other customer. So I had to sleep on the floor with a blanket due to lack of bed. When it comes to compensation, they asked me to talk to Expedia. Their attitude was incredibly rude and I’m totally frustrated and annoyed… Hilton is not worth it… does anyone(Hilton and Expedia) even care what ever I leave comments here???

Great pool, close to home for a quick getaway with the hubby, but close enough if the kids call. Bar and restaurant onsite so we could stay and enjoy a romantic evening without needing to go anywhere else.

Last minute booking due to flight delay rebooking. Arrived at 3am. The shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and the driver was very kind and helpful. The front desk was also helpful getting us toothpaste/toothbrush due to not having our luggage. Only at the hotel for 3.5 hours however felt relaxed.

Our room was not ready when we arrived- no big deal. We went to the dining area for the breakfast buffet. The first plate I lifted had a large scab of crusty brown goo on the bottom as did three plates down. It was obvious that the plates had not been thoroughly washed. My husband went through the line a few minutes after me and had the same experience on a different plate stack. After going to the mall for a few hours, our room was still not ready. So the unhelpful front desk staff offered to “upgrade” our room for $35. The smell of body odor and dirty feet greeted us as we walked through the door. When we wanted to store things in the closet, the closet door and casing almost fell on top of us. The lock box did not work at all. We reported this to the front desk that night and on checkout. Again - no one seemed overly interested in our experience. We are not complainers as a rule, but this was not our usual Hilton experience.
