Good location, but not worth the price.
The hotel was in a great location and overall comfortable. However, I wouldn't stay again as I didn't think it had the view, ammenities, or comfort for the price of $400+ per night. The room was very small. We also paid for a queen bed with a city view. The bed was mich smaller than a queen and our "view" was the building across from us. The windows were stuck shut, bathroom had no vent, and poor water pressure.

Pretty disappointed - asked multiple times each day for extra towels. Four guests in the room all female and only enough towels for two. Shouldn’t have to ask that many time and still not get the service. On top of that we all have rashes and are itching from the bedding that also never got tended during the stay either.

This is our third stay at the hotel. As always, great experience. Rooms are a little pricey for the quality, however, it far makes up due to the staff, restaurant experience and location.

The Hotel Theodore was in an ideal location to access the best of downtown Seattle. The hotel itself has classy decor and friendly staff to welcome us. We liked the boutique feel and the unique vibe it had to offer.

It was a nice stay. Beautiful and comfortable room. Check out was a bit crazy as the cruises were coming in as we were leaving. That is understandable. The parking is incredibly easy in this location! It was super!

Beautiful property near everything. There is quite a bit of homeless and drug use on streets but impacts all businesses in this area. We did not see this on the street our hotel was on.

Uncomfortably Small Standard King Room
Very, very small room NOT suitable for two people with 2 checked bags. The king size bed made navigating very challenging. Watch your shins. There was one luggage stand (no way there was room for two) so the other suitcase had to be precariously placed across a chair (no other place to put clothes). That said, the hotel and the room itself was clean and very well appointed. If you book be aware to request a larger room and not the standard king.
