The desk attendant was very unclear he was unable to provide a printed receipt. They told me I would be charged for parking upon checking in; and then told me on checkout I was not charged for parking, I checked my credit card statement and appears parking charges were applied. Very confusing message, the desk attendant did describe any hotel amenities at time of check in.

The staff here were incredibly accommodating and kind. compared to many of the hotels I've stayed with, Hyatt Seattle was a refreshing change.

Overall it was a great hotel. Would be nice if there were more comfortable pillows and bigger garbages in the room. Also there was no dressers so it was a bit challenging where to put clothes.
