Great location. Wonderful room, with kitchen and separate bedroom. Facing greenbelt on back of building, so very quiet. Breakfast is a bit sparse - made our own. Late check out would have made it perfect. Will definitely book here again.

I always enjoy my stay at Lakspur Landing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is quiet and the parking is easy. Only suggestion I have is to bring back bar soap in the bathrooms.

Check in was super quick, the woman working late night at the desk was very nice every time i saw her. Close to the grocery store and right by the freeway. I (F) came in alone at 2:30 a.m. and never felt unsafe. Great place to stay!

This hotel is convenient for seeing downtown Seattle events without paying downtown prices. It’s very quiet and the rooms are large. It’s clean, but it’s getting a little run down. The breakfast supplies were not kept well stocked throughout the morning during our visit; they were out of many items.

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed here. The first time it had popped up with pretty good reviews and reasonable price so we booked it. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the rooms were very clean as well. The desk staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room had plenty of space and a nice kitchenette, which was a bonus. Due to having such a good experience the first stay, we booked it again and of course, we had the same experience this time as well. We definitely recommend the Lark Spur and we'll make it our regular place to stay when we come this way in the future.

Good Stay!
Overall, a good stay! It's quiet and I had a suite that was more like an apartment set up. It was a little outdated, but comfortable! It also has good parking and is located in a private area. I rate it a 7.5 out of 10 for the property in Bellevue.
