Unfortunately all but 1 machine in the laundry room are out of service and the outside garbage cans need to be emptied more often. Other than that, everything else is good and the customer service is great!

THE GOOD: The room was fairly clean and had all the modern amenities one would expect in this, the year 1973. The sheets and towels were clean, and the thermostat worked well (mercifully). Taylor at the front desk was quite pleasant under what I considered difficult circumstances, but it's doubtful that she's received much customer service training. She did notice that I was booked in a smoking room, and moved me to a non-smoking and I didn't even have to ask. She was genuine and was clearly making an effort. THE BAD: Inside the room, the curtains and door frame let in plenty of light. Street noise was pretty bad. All four of the paper cups provided leaked. The ice machine (locked in the laundry/vending room at ground level) dispensed exactly two small ice cubes, then surrendered. THE UGLY: Without hyperbole: located in an absolutely terrifying neighbourhood. OVERALL: I'm grateful I only had to spend 6 hours here. And while it's close to the airport, I wish I'd noticed that there were better hotels for the same price closer to SeaTac.
