I’m a fan this property because they are what you expect. No frills, fair price, good staff. Ample parking a plus. HVAC upgrades during my stay. A true reflection of the corporate brand, so location/price lead your choice.

For the price point, I have no complaints. Building is showing its age but the rooms are clean, the mattresses are new and comfortable and the AC works great.

Standard Motel 6. Good location, but no shuttle to and from SeaTac. The beds need replacing. The mattresses are so old they dip and sink. Even adding foam toppers would be helpful.

Very clean, cute design, responsive staff. The non smoking room reeked of smoke, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub and other furniture. The mattress had holes.

I’ll give the staff 10 star for being great and friendly, but the property and everything else maybe 2 star for the effort to make it look presentable, I guess. But paid $152 for only bed, towel and thank goodness there’s water in the shower, but not even a small shampoo, and by the way, parking is not free, but it is what it is, lessons learned.

When we arrived there were prostitutes leaving. There was a literal smell of death in our room. Black mold everywhere. A 2" gap on the bottom of our door made it simple for any mouse to waltz on in. The next morning there were 3 cop cars in the parking lot making an arrest/drug bust. Never again. Stay away! If there is no other option, sleep in your car!
