This quiet and charming basement apartment is the perfect home base to relax and reminisce on the day's favorite activities. The small kitchen is equipped to meet all of your family's cooking needs, including a dining area with a child's booster seat. *The kitchen has all of the main amenities (stove, oven, full fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sink), but the fridge and dishwasher are apartment size, not full size (e.g., the fridge is a 24" fridge). Kitchen cabinet space & counter space are there but limited. Please see the hall closet for additional kitchen supplies and for pantry storage.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property. Absolutely NO Smoking of ANY substance on property.
-NO OPEN FLAMES in the unit of any type (e.g. no candles, no incense).
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.
