Your private apartment is set within a gorgeous, beautifully-appointed 1917 Craftsman Bungalow in the premiere walking district of Seattle - theaters, restaurants, shopping and more shopping, parks and trails for walking and biking; close to bus lines to downtown Seattle, the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Center and the Sound Transit trains; near the tulip fields and ferries to the San Juan Islands and historic areas north of Seattle; Mt. Rainier and Mount St. Helens are a day-trip; quiet, residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Relax on the outside patio for some quiet time, enjoy a short walk to one of the neighborhood theaters or restaurants (sushi, Italian, Japanese, Thai, vegetarian, fusion, pizza, etc., etc.). There's nothing you'll need that you can't find in Wallingford. This is the large downstairs unit, with southern-exposure garden windows, a private entrance that is accessed from the side of the house, and a guest-available garden patio.

Sweet place in a great neighborhood
The apartment is not large but it had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. The location is fantastic--very quiet, across from a park but an easy walk to restaurants and stores. We would happily stay again.

Fremont Perfection
My wife and I stayed at Garnett’s place for a portion of our Honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better! The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, was tastefully decorated and had an awesome and comfy bed. The best part however had to be the cute cat who sat and hung out with us whenever we stopped to rest and reflect in the great sitting area outside the apartment and home. Location was perfect for access to Seattle’s treasures and parking wasn’t an issue at any point. We both loved it and would stay there again!

Perfect Bungalow
This historic home had everything you could want and more. It had spacious rooms and every amenity you might need. Fun kitchen with everything needed. The king size bed still offered room to move around in the bedroom. One caution would be for anyone with mobility concerns- there are steps to enter and a step up into the bathroom as in many older homes. Bathtub/shower was well equipped with safety handles. The home was in a wonderful neighborhood and was within walking distance to many fun restaurants, a large grocery and drug store. Easy to park and easy to get to the beautiful Seattle sights. This is a keeper.

This flat is great for a couple, in a quiet area and within easy (walking) distance of the local shops, and close to the city. Relaxing in the front garden in the sun, you’ll feel quite at home. If you’re short of reading material, there are many free library books.

Fabulous
A perfect cozy spot to land between Seattle adventures. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and highways was great, and the apartment amenities were plentiful. Garnett has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress free. I'll definitely look this place up next time I'm in town.

Well placed!
Great place for 1 or 2 people. Quiet, clean space with a king sized bed, comfortable living room and a kitchen full of necessary "tools" and appliances. Very easy check in.....just show up and the key is waiting for you! The property is well situated to get to I-5, and to go to places in any direction. Owner Garnett is easy to work with and very pleasant. I’d stay here again if I’m back this way.

Wallingford Wonderfulness!
It took a few days to get adjusted to living in a "garden apartment" with few windows but life here isn't about being inside (especially in July). This location is very walkable and Wallingford is so chill. We explored the enchanting neighborhoods during our daily walks to Green Lake, Gasworks Park, Fremont and more. So many places nearby to explore including the U district, Ballard, Pike Place, Capitol Hill etc, etc. The choices for restaurants, coffee shops and shopping are endless. Garnett's place is cozy, homey, well appointed and the neighborhood vibe is relaxed and safe. Her yard and gardens are absolutely gorgeous. Street parking can be limited but never a problem. Garnett was a pleasure to deal with - always available, responsive and super friendly. Thanks for providing us with the urban adventure we had hoped for. We loved our stay here!
