Love there is 4 elevators. We avoided the dreaded wait forever for an elevator at the hotel game. Close to shops Public market is right around the corner. Close to ferries and a 20 minute walk to space needle area. Kids loved the pool. Staff was great and friendly.

Don’t Honor their Commitments!!!
Requested late checkout, was told there would be a $25.00 per hour charge. The manager required that I set let her know how much time I needed, I confirmed a 2PM checkout time. When I returned to the hotel at 1:25pm my key did not work, sent my son to get a new key and was aside that the room had already been cleaned and given to another guest!!! I will never stay at this hotel again!!! This hotel does not honor their commitments!!!
