Great option for a long layover
I just needed a place to stay during an overnight layover. The courtesy shuttle service to and from the airport was exactly what I needed. The room condition was good but not great. Heating did the job.

Excellent Front Desk Staff!
We checked in after 10pm and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer! There was only pne parking spot left, and it was a tight fit. When one of the gentlemen at the front desk heard me mention it, he instantly offered up his personal parking spot. I thought that was the nicest offer. We had a clean, comfortable room as well. We have stayed here several times when heading to the airport. It has always been a good experience.

Confortable and convenient
Very comfortable and convenient airport hotel. Some noise from planes, which you would expect given proximity to airport. Breakfast room had lots of options. Room was very clean and partially updated.

I asked for information on the shuttle to the airport for my morning flight, was given the wrong time and not told i needed to sign-up. Morning front desk clerk was extremely rude and didn’t offer any help on what was there mistake. I picked this hotel for the proximity to the airport and it's shuttle service. Had to get an Uber so i wouldn't miss my flight. Won't stay here again.

Hotel was Affected by the Bomb Cyclone the hotel did not have a generator. No power for over 12 hrs. Guests had to be moved to another hotel the next day after over 12hrs of no power. Very rude receptionist! Horrible experience!!

I recently stayed at this property and encountered several issues: - Unpleasant odor of marijuana on the 3rd floor - Strong foot odor in my room - Rude service from an Asian lady in the breakfast room, who was overly attentive and monitored guests' food intake, making us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, these problems overshadowed my stay, and I won't be booking here again.
