We really enjoyed our stay here, the Valet service was great, smooth and easy check in and out process with a friendly and welcoming team and environment, our room was great, clean and had everything we needed. Location is good, close walking distance to Pike Market and a large selection of restaurants to choose from including the BookStore Bar and Cafe downstairs! Thank you!

Upon arrival, I wasn’t told about the $12 hotel credit that is available to be every night. Would have been valuable information to know. As well as, not receive my full $100 deposit after check out. Wasn’t told there is a deduction of $25 each stay. All of this should be addressed upon arrival for the convenience of the guest.

This was our first time staying at The Alexis Royal and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were well appointed, the staff was friendly and very helpful when asked for recommendations on where to eat in the neighbourhood and the hotel is located in a very central spot for shopping, the stadiums and the Pike Place Market. We felt we got good value and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location between Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and the Waterfront. A couple blocks from the light rail station, Seattle Art Museum, etc. The bonus was tasty cocktails and food in the hotel bar and restaurant. The rooms were well-appointed as well.
