This was an excellent stay. It's an aging though venerable property and it's kept in good shape. The staff is wonderful here - every person we came in contact with was welcoming and helpful. This has been a place we stay with family and now family's family for years.

Seattle marathon stay
Stayed at the Westin for the Seattle marathon! Great choice, close to the starting line. We requested a crib at 11pm due to our daughter not sleeping well in the pack and play we brought they were able to get one up to the room which was a real life saver! It was great that they accommodated a later check out and gave me enough time to run the marathon, take a bath and get checked out. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others!

My daughters and I came to celebrate my birthday and attend Mary Poppins at the 5th ave. We had drinks at the Westin and our waiter was wonderful! The entire visit was exceptional. The wonderful lady who checked us in was a delight.

We were told by the parking attendant that parking was free, and were never giving a pass / ticket for that reason. I was charged $120 parking for two nights. If I’d known this was the case, I would have parked in the sketchy lot across the street. I was talked into a room upgrade, but when we got to the room it looked slept-in with a coffee stain on the duvet and a dirty straw and pill capsule on the floor. The view was nice.

Great hotel that is centrally located! Walking distance from the Link light rail and Westlake center. Hop on the monorail to Seattle Center or walk 4 blocks to Pikes Place market and the waterfront. Great experience

It looks like Wolverine stayed in our room before us - the curtains were shredded. There are long holes in the curtains all the way across the window. Virtually no space for putting away our clothes - just a tiny dresser (as small as a night table) hiding in the closet. Otherwise, the room looks really nice and the view is fantastic with windows all the way to the floor. The pool is also nice but a bit small and the water is very cold. The Relish restaurant was nice for breakfast, but staff at the hotel made the process frustrating and confusing for us to get our included breakfasts - we needed to call twice and go to the front desk to collect a card that the reataurant needed to give us the breakfast.
