Thoughts from a Seattle Resident
I'm a Seattle resident. I had a small party of friends from around the world visit for a week and change, and I chose this rental for the trip. This might be the best rental I've stayed at to date.As far as location, I don't think there's a better spot for someone wanting to explore Seattle. Eastlake itself is a beautiful set-contained little neighborhood with most of what you might want just outside your door. And, as for the rest of Seattle, the 70 is less than a 5min walk and will take you anywhere downtown, and 10min away is the 49 taking you right to U Dist or CapHill.And if you're looking for a bit of adventure, Volunteer Park (one of my favorite spots in Seattle) is an extremely beautiful walk away, taking you through the Howe Street Stairs, one of my favorite views in Seattle.The property itself sleeps 3 couples extremely comfortably, with room for another and change. Finding somewhere with that capacity without compromising on location was not an easy task, but this property absolutely does it. And that along with 2 full bathrooms, a large, extremely usable kitchen, a 2-car garage, and in-unit laundry all make the property extremely livable for extended stays.And the host was extremely communicable, helpful, and understanding throughout our entire stay!!The rental is a bit on the pricier side, but between it being Seattle and everything else the property has to offer, I can at least say it's worth the cost.

Fabulous Property
This property is wonderful. The cleanliness, amenities and overall condition are some of the best we have experienced in all of the properties we have rented. Easy access off and on the freeway. We attended an event at Climate Pledge Arena and it was a short drive there. The neighborhood was quiet (you do hear some airplanes). The kitchen was very well stocked, the master suite on the top floor was beautiful and the entire place was very comfortable. It was great to have a garage. Lake Union, several restaurants and a couple of markets are within walking distance. The host was wonderful to work with and replied quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
Host is super awesome and did a great job communicating with us. House is nice though a bit tight to get into and out of garage with 2 vehicle but they both fit. Inside is very nice. Comfortable beds (except the twin pull out wasn’t perfect just ok). I would recommend this place and it served as a great place to relax. View from master suite was amazing. We will definitely stay here again if its available during our next Seattle stay.

Quick Seattle trip
Rented this home for myself & significant other as well as 2 other couples! We traveled to Seattle for the night for a local concert & this home was great. Easy to find with the directions provided by the home owner. Loved waking up & see the view of the water. The kitchen was fully furnished. Bedrooms were cozy!

Beautiful Views
I stayed here on a girls trip and we really enjoyed our stay there. The views were great and it was very clean and comfortable. We had a big SUV which was a tight squeeze getting in through the alley and parking in the garage, but it was doable. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space
Easy access on and off freeway. Quiet neighborhood. Its on a hill so if you want to walk to some of the coffee shops or to Petes market..just know its up and downhill. The place is very clean and comfortable but you should know it's 4 floors including garage. . Its well equipped. The master suite is beautiful. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. The price is excellent. There were 5 of us and we were not cramped at all. I would recommend.

This is an amazing property in every way. The location is very central to all Seattle attractions. It’s in a very walkable, safe and interesting neighborhood. The townhouse is immaculate and has everything one would expect and so much more. All the amenities are first class. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the views are spectacular. This is one of the best places I’ve ever rented. It has three fours of living space with two small balconies offering panoramic views of the lake and the Space Needle. The accommodations are spacious and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and offers several restaurants, cafes, and bars within a short walking distance. It was a convenient location to catch a bus to Downtown or the university district, and a decent hike to Capitol Hill. Anne is the most communicative and helpful owner I’ve rented from. A gem of a place.
