Well maintained and equipped. Four bedrooms (all on the second floor). Fireplace in livingroom. Smart TV w/internet. Deck for afternoon sunning. Dock. Walking distance to local convenience store and restaurant. Great fishing, boating and swimming. Short drive to hiking and biking trails. Boat rentals short walk away.
