The staff are excellent. There are bird feeders throughout the property and we watching the hummingbirds every day. There are many fun and thoughtful details that made our stay pleasant.

The location of the Arabella is excellent; the trail behind the hotel is wide open and pretty easy to hike, views are excellent. The breakfast buffet really helps, but it could be a little healthier and fresh. The grounds of the Arabella need work; surfaces need refinishing, rooms are pretty small, but if you are staying for a couple of nights - it works.

Facility has good bones but the bathrooms are awful. The toilets are for training 5 year olds they are so low to floor. Carpet needs replacing. Great location and views. Good be a good men w a re-do of the bathrooms.

It was decent but not great. Pretty old bathroom tub that squeaked when taking a shower. The room had open shelves but no dresser/ drawers to keep stuff in. Closet hangers were fixed so it was inconvenient to hang clothes.

The property had an old country feel to it. The best thing was the complementary breakfast. It had great options. The room was okay. I wasn’t provided a room with view in which I did ask for prior to the stay. Disliked the late check in and early check out but seems fairly standard on Expedia website. Staff was fairly friendly. But all staff should get into the habit of greeting all guest. Some staff would not greet. Ask front desk a question in regards to parking and staff never got back to me after recording my information. The restaurant called Mole, food is very good and is a plus to have on the property.
