Staff very accommodating. Assigned room was next to loud family, knocking on connecting door, screeching & parents yelling at kids. I advised staff & they moved us to another very quiet room.

It’s very old and dated property. The room was very dark and apparently our booking didn’t include room cleaning which was first time we ever heard of this even though we travel a bit. The staff was very nice and friendly and the property from outside looks beautiful but pool and rooms are old and requires upgrades.

Wow! Absolutely gorgeous views!! We just loved our 2-bedroom condo. The second room had a bathroom and even a mini kitchen. It was so nice to have a large, full kitchen, washer & dryer, jetted tub (our kids loved that), 3 balconies and a cozy fireplace. The pool was spectacular - gorgeous views, nice and warm and so peaceful and relaxing. Staff were so helpful and brought any items we forgot or needed very quickly. We can’t wait to return! It’s also walkable to the Pink Jeep tours, lots of shops, restaurants (Wildflower -yummy) and ice cream!!

Can be a bit of walking to find a parking spot and get things to your room, but beautiful property, and amazing pool and hot tubs. Gorgeous view everywhere you look in Sedona.

Never Again
Do NOT go to this place. It is so dated and worn in the 1 bedroom condo. The air return filter looks like it has not been changed in 10 years. The carpets are filthy. I do not have allergies, but I kept sneezing and my eyes turned red whenever I was in the room likely due to mold spors in the air. The bedroom door to the patio was jammed so badly that it would not open. The furniture was severely worn out along with everything inside the place. Window and patio screens were ripped. We have stayed at many places across the country and we rate this as the worst room ever. The only redeeming amenity are the grounds which were well kept. Although, the noise of construction was in the air though all day. Upon checkout, you will be hit with a $35 per night resort fee. All can be yours for $900 for 2 nights. Do not be fooled by the pictures, this place on the inside is a dump. Do not go here.
