The staff was very professional. Our room was nice, clean, shower/tub could be uodated with just a walk in shower. Jacuzzi rub and fire place was a nice feaarure. Room service was polight and food was tasty, just a bit on the cool side. We would come back

This hotel was quiet and clean. Room was spacious. A little refreshing would not hurt. Staff was wonderfully nice and helpful. Plenty of parking space. A little far from the activities from Sedona but there is a free shuttle that stops in the parking lot. Fancy restaurant in the hotel: food was great!!! Although a little pricey. Did not try the outside pool, hot tub or any massages (however was very tempted, was just lack of time). Would definitely recommend, mostly for couple looking for a quiet and romantic place for a weekend.

The location is excellent and highly convenient, with beautiful surroundings. The hotel room was spacious but felt outdated. The biggest issue was the heating/AC system—its motor was extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep with it running.
