This delightful condo features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a charming living room with a sofa bed. Guests can unwind in the serene atmosphere or explore the nearby attractions.

With shared community amenities like a pool, BBQ areas, fitness room, basketball court, and walking distance to nearby attractions, restaurants, and hiking your stay will be comfortable and convenient.

Relax in this 1 bd/1 bath plus sleeper sofa after full day of exploring everything Sedona has to offer!

You will have everything you need for your stay - comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room (free) on-site, pool and bbq areas.

The unit is on the second floor of a two story building. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars and grocery store within a mile radius, most of them are within an easy walking distance. Bell Rock, Courthouse, and Cathedral Rock hiking trails are minutes away.

Community areas: you can enjoy the pool, grills, outdoor dining, basketball court

Parking is right outside the door, so it’s very convenient and close!

Sedona hiking!

The property was exactly as was described. Great location and close to Sedona's hiking trails! Very clean and comfortable. Owner was available during the week to answer questions. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect location to avoid the crowds in Sedona. Walkable to nearby trails, squeaky clean, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful view. Laura was quick to respond with questions. 4.5 stars!! It would’ve been 5 stars but the bed is a little uncomfortable- but everyone has their preferences. Would definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable condo, walking distance to restaurants in Oak Creek

Laura’s place is comfortable, clean and a great location for exploring Oak Creek and Sedona. It is an easy walk to several restaurants and hiking trails are a short drive away. We visited in February and it was way fewer crowds, so we were able to park at many of the popular trail heads. The owner, Laura, was helpful and communicated promptly when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay!!

Laura's rental was a cozy convenient location to all the items on my to do list. It had all the creature comforts I needed. I think it was the ac's on the roof that can be loud but after a bit you can tune it out. Waking up to the view of the sunrise hitting Bell Rock everyday is a great way to start your day!

So much better than a hotel! Quiet, peaceful, beautiful drive every day into Sedona. Unexpected attention to detail (magnifying mirror, medicine cabinet for our storage, night lights, keyless entry, too many to mention) all contributed to a wonderful trip to the Southwest!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Excellent customer service by the cleaning staff. All the small amenities we needed were provided. It is within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. The scenery is beautiful! We would stay here again.

Beautiful location

This condo is cozy and clean, with an amazing view! We had every single thing we needed for our stay, the location was great for walking to restaurants, and it was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend for two people.

Hiking from a Quiet retreat.

The unit feels like home. It is cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated in the southwest style. The kitchen is super complete with many personal touch extras(coffee, condiments, and spices to name a few. The bedroom is comfortable with a nice firm queen bed. The location is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store. Trail heads for all Oak Creek hikes are really close and that helps avoid traffic. We loved the quiet and will be back.

Highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed for a week of adventure - and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect! The place was clean and comfy like home. We used the Red Rock Pass everyday - twice a day. We loved the area - it was quiet and safe. We walked to Pisa Lisa and Oak Creek Expresso. It was great to be able to wash our clothes before going home. Thank you!

Well Stocked Great Location

Well kept and stocked. This rental was clean and very comfy. The location was perfect as it is out of busy Downtown Sedona but only four miles away. Incredible views and quiet area. Would definetely stay again.

Nice condo and perfect location

The condo is just as pictured. It’s a perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and comfortable. Laura, the owner, is wonderful to work with. It’s also amazingly quiet. The location was great. Just a little south of Sedona. As busy as Sedona gets we were happy with the location. There are several hiking trails located close to the condo. Just a note, the parking lots fill up quick. If you want a parking spot we found getting there by 8:00 or 8:30 worked well. We made most of our own meals. Clarks grocery is a very nice store. Has a nice deli too. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would stay here again.
