Located in the award-winning resort community of Bayside, this home offers the perfect vacation getaway. Only 3 blocks from the Sun Ridge Pool complex with a large playground, two pools, splashpad, hot tub, beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, this home is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac.

This home is setup great for three families. Downstairs you will find a welcoming large open floorplan with a large open kitchen, dining, and living area with three triple recliner couches and a 75” Roku TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, a day bed with a twin bed trundle, and a home office. Upstairs you will find a second living area with a 65” Roku TV, two bedrooms with king beds, and a kids bunk room with four full size beds and a twin trundle bed.

There are so many things to do at Bayside. Amenities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boards, basketball court, volleyball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Pavilion located just within the community entrance. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions.

SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS:
Within Bayside, Signatures offers year-round full service dining, and 38 Degrees at The Point is open seasonally. A Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS pharmacy, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den restaurant, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.

* Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.
Off-Season (Jan. 1 - May 14 & Sept. 28 - Dec. 31): 3 Consecutive Days $40, 7 Consecutive Days $65
Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 27): 3 Consecutive Days $60, 7 Consecutive Days $95
If you need passes, please let us know how many, so we can make the request. The additional charge will also come through VRBO with the VRBO processing fee included (9%).

Bathroom & Bedding linen service is now included. If you do not want to bring your own beach towels, we do have 12 beach towels in the unit for your use, but you must wash and return them before you check out.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of The Freeman Stage at Bayside. You'll find features such as an indoor pool, a gym and a water park. A kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms are available in the villa.

This host thought of everything!!!
First, ill say that i am a usual customer of the competitor, but they couldn’t accommodate my large family vacation this year. So i checked this site out and found this location. Was skeptical because there wasnt any payment plan options, or refunds available for emergency. But that is where the complaints stop. From check in to check out, the location was everything we expected and more. And it is equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your time. The kids loved going outside and riding the bikes with the neighbors. We needed to bring nothing for the.beach as everything was in the garage at our convenience. TVs in every room, play room for the kids, backyard, fully equipped kitchen, the house has it all. Not sure if it thwy were left by the host or the previous guests, but the cabinets and pantry were stacked with the essentials. My family is big on cooking and baking, and everything we needed was there, except a kitchenaid mixer, which i brought myself. I have nothing bad to say about this property, I enjoyed myself and i know you will

Family Vacation
The house was beautifully decorated and clean and had the bonus of beach umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles, and more for us to use. Having linens and a fully stocked kitchen added to the ease of packing. The house had more than enough space for seventeen of us, from the youngest of the kids to my 80 year old mom. Not only was the house beyond, the host responded quickly. We will definitely rent here again!

The BEST in Delaware
My family could not stop raving about Spencer and Elizabeth’s beautiful home. From the very organized kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and play area for our children — we honestly could not wait to book it again! The house is in a beautiful community with amazing amenities which made us wish we were there longer. The location is very convenient! I love how we were able to plan a trip to the beach without worrying about travel time, try local restaurants, and go to the grocery for whatever we needed during our stay.

Spender was very helpful and responsive! The house was also very nice and i have to say the mattresses were very comfortable (which is usually not the case for most places!) The only thing we had issues/thing to note was not all 3 showers can be used at the same time or someone would be showering in cold water. Also, we had a bit of issue with upstairs lounge area tv (tv couldn’t connect to wifi). But overall, great place to stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful home perfect for families!
We absolutely loved staying in this home, it was perfect for our whole family (9 of us in total). The house was equipped with so much for adults and kids (bikes, play room etc..) and with three families in one home, it didn’t feel as if we were in each other’s way at all! Loved the location as well! Spencer was so great to answer any questions we had. Thank you and we will definitely be renting this place again!

Incredible Stay
The one thing that was amazing about this house was how much came with it! We didn't need to travel with all of our beach stuff as they had beach toys and chairs. There was also a very well stocked kitchen full of cookware, which I usually struggle with when traveling because most places aren't well stocked. We stayed with another family and it was really great to have all the toys for the little kids upstairs, kept them entertained while the adults cooked, hung out, etc. The garage also has bikes, scooters, helmets, plenty of things for the kids to do. We really loved the neighborhood and the pool is so close you can walk or bike there. We did go to the beach, which is close, although the kids would have preferred just to stay in the community the entire time!

A great family vacation house
This house was terrific for our family of 11, including 5 kids. Great layout, lots of space. We especially enjoyed using the bikes at the house, and loved the pool and the kayaking at Bayside. The owners were very responsive in resolving a few small issues for us.

Fantastic vacation stay
The house itself was very clean and very welcoming for families with young kids (the playroom was next to the kids room, which made it easy for them to stay occupied while the adults were cooking). The rooms were of a nice size, and very well decorated. Also, there were enough TVs in the house for everyone to enjoy their own shows at the same time. The kitchen had all of the essentials and more, so we had no trouble using it for all of our meals there. The dishwasher died during our stay, but our host Spencer was very expedient and took care of it. He found a replacement within a couple of hours, and had it installed by the evening. The service was excellent. The house is conveniently located in the Bayside neighborhood. We were 3 blocks from the pool, and were able to walk with all the kids (ages from 3-9) back and forth to it without any trouble. This made it easy to just drop by the pool for a couple of hours whenever the kids were bored. Harris Teeter is also just at the entrance of the community so it was easy to get groceries during the week. However, it was hard finding a timeslot for pickup on the same day of ordering, so we had to put our orders in a couple of days ahead of time. Overall, we had a great stay and would certainly recommend the place to others.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 (5 adults and 3 teens). Everyone had enough space to have some alone time, but the large dining room and living room were perfect for meals, games, and movies together. The house has more amenities than the listing. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pans/dishes we needed to make a quick meal or snack. Bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, games, and toddler toys were available to use. We enjoyed the pool and paddle boarding/kayaking that are included in the passes. The hosts touched base with us midweek and made checking in easy. They even left a small welcome basket. The home made for an enjoyable family trip.
