Hotel was very nice, rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast area and food was amazing! At first I thought it was a bit of expensive but the hotel was so worth it. Beautiful pool area and workout out area was nice. My only complaint was the temp control in the room was confusing and we cooked in a 25C temp room. LOL our own fault cause I didn't want to call down to front desk so late at night.

We have stayed at this hotel on other occasions without issues. We had a problem with our room this time, and the hotel staff member was excellent. She really took care of us, and I really appreciated her efforts.

The lady at check in was very nice and accommodating. We asked for late checkout and she said I had to call in the morning to request but there shouldn’t be an issue as there was 44 vacant, suites like ours. When I called in the morning, the lady was very rude and said they were not offered late check out because all the room were full. Our bedding had stains on them, heat wasn’t working in our room and the pool area was dirty. I will not be staying here again.
